A PARTIAL REFURBISHMENT OF A BEAUTIFUL GEORGIAN TOWNHOUSE LOCATED IN THE DESIRABLE AREA OF LONDON’S LITTLE VENICE BY REGENT’S CANAL.

This basement level of this property was unfortunately completely flooded in 2021, and the clients have had to re-gut the entire floor and start from scratch again with the interior space. 

The design style used here carries our signature clean, and elegant vocabulary, bringing in warmth through the introduction of timber floor, joinery and brass detailing. The previous design was industrial, as well as modern. It had concrete flooring paired with a utilitarian stainless steel kitchen. This is replaced with a striking deep green-coloured bespoke kitchen with antique brass handles which add a softer and more traditional feel to the space.

The clients already have some lovely pieces of furniture they wanted to keep, as well as a very tasteful artwork collection, so it was a matter of creating a new backdrop for these pieces. The clients wanted a space that is cosy, practical and warm as they frequently entertain guests and it is the space where they use the most within the townhouse.
