Guided by a brief for classic, contemporary, and luxurious interiors, we embraced a pared-down aesthetic that highlights the integrity of the cottage’s traditional architecture. Thoughtful use of high-quality materials and understated elegance ensured harmony between old and new.
Despite modest ceiling heights, a seamless flow was achieved, with arched openings and soft curves subtly tying spaces together. The striking staircases, along with the kitchen/dining area and bedroom suite, became defining features, reflecting a quiet, wholesome character.
